This quest is the same as Opportunity Crafting.
An Athenian general would like to find a mercenary capable of killing Spartan polemarchs in order to slow down the preparations for the invasion of Athens. As proof, you will have to bring him 3 polemarch seals.
The polematques are the most powerful units, they are found in the various forts. On the other hand, since you need Spartan polemarch seals, it is imperative to attack forts in regions belonging to Sparta to succeed in this quest. If you have already killed the polemarch of a fort while it belonged to Athens, you will no longer be able to recover a seal in this fort, even if you change the power in place. So don't hesitate to bring Sparta to power in an area so you can kill their polemarchs afterwards. Yes, it is cheat.
