Destiny 2 Weekly Challenges Guide (August 24-31, 2021)

A new reset in Destiny 2 means a new set of weekly challenges for you to grind. Whether you want extra experience points to help you progress through the new Season of the Lost season pass or shiny dust to buy that shiny new ornament, these weekly challenges will help you. Considering this is the first week of Season 15, the weekly challenges aren't too difficult or demanding, so you should have no problem clearing them all! Here are all the weekly challenges and how to complete them for the week of August 24-31.

Destiny 2 Week 1 Lost Challenges Season

• Scout's Journey I
  • Use Wayfinder's compass to complete Wayfinder's Voyage I. Additionally, eliminate Taken anywhere in the system. Powerful caught in the Shattered Realm rewards more progress.
    • Complete Wayfinder's Voyage I
    • Kill 75 Takes
• Umbral Scout I
  • Use the Parallax Trajectory to focus Umbral Engrams on the Prismatic Recaster in the HELM Open Wayfinder Treasures in the Astral Alignment activity.
    • Open the treasures of the 3 Wayfinders
    • Focus 3 Engrammes ombraux
• Ballast ascendant I
  • Gather ascending anchors from patrol destinations and the shattered kingdom.
    • Gather 20 Patrol Ascendant Anchors
    • Gather 10 Ascendant Anchors of the Shattered Realm
• Ley Line Rumors
  • Line up beacons and uncover meaningless mysteries in the Shattered Kingdom.
    • Uncover 3 insignificant mysteries
    • Align 6 beacons

  • Defeat the Guardians in Momentum Control. Earn progress bonuses with Zone Advantage.
    • Kill 75 Guardians
• Drag Victory
  • Complete Gambit matches. Earn progress bonuses for victories.
    • Complete 15 Gambit matches
• Challenger's Aspiration
  • Complete the Weekly Playlist Challenges.
    • Complete 3 Weekly Playlist Challenges
• EDZ Patrol
  • In the EDZ, progress by completing Bounties, Patrols, Public Events, and Lost Sectors.
    • Complete 18 Bounties, Patrols, Public Events, or Lost Sectors on the EDZ.
• Mid-range calibration
  • Calibrate mid-range weapons (Hand Cannons, Auto Rifles, Fusion Rifles, and Machine Guns) in the EDZ. Progression bonus to defeat fighters quickly.
    • Get 200 kills with any of the above weapon archetypes in the EDZ
• Denigrate pest control
  • Defeat contemptuous fighters in strikes. Earn progress bonuses by defeating tougher fighters.
    • Kill 200 Contempt

These are all the weekly challenges from August 24 to 31. While these seem fairly easy, the challenges tend to increase in difficulty as the season progresses, so be sure to check back weekly at attack of the fanboy for weekly challenge guides.
