Destiny 2 – Iron Banner Quest for Season 10's Only Ritual Weapon

Destiny 2 – Iron Banner Quest for Season 10's Only Ritual Weapon

Lord Saladin is back in the Tower of Destiny 2 for the first Iron Banner PvP event of the Season of the Worthy. This first tournament of the season will run from Tuesday, March 24 at 10:00 a.m. PDT through the following Tuesday, March 31 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, the game's current weekly reset.

This season's Iron Banner differs from those that preceded it in that Artifact Power is disabled for the 6v6 tournament whose game mode most closely resembles Crucible Control mode. Previously, Iron Banner was the only PvP event in Destiny 2 that represented the power level of player artifacts in matches, but in light of recent community complaints about activating Destiny 1's Trial of Osiris, The Bungie developers have decided to disable this feature. However, Artifact mods that are slotted into equipped gear can still be used in this event, along with Pinnacle Power.

Bounties: Pinnacle XP, Tokens & Rewards

For each week the Iron Banner PvP tournament runs in the Season of the Worthy, Guardians can earn four new Iron Lord Bounties. Completing these bounties will grant XP, Pinnacle Gear, and Iron Banner Tokens, which can be returned to Lord Saladin to increase your Guardian's reputation for Iron Engram rewards. Any tokens left over from a week can still be used during any other week of the Iron Banner event, regardless of season.

Pinnacle rewards granted by bounty add-ons come in the form of Iron Remembrance armor, originally designed for Season 4, Season of the Outlaws, but upgraded for Season 10 as Armor 2.0 . Players will receive the character class-specific armor they complete each bounty with, and each bounty can be completed by each of a player's characters to maximize rewards. Additionally, Iron Banner Tokens earned with one character can be traded with another character of a different class to receive rewards for that class.

Iron Banner Quest: Cast in Iron – Overview

In the Season of the Worthy Iron Banner quest, called “Cast in Iron,” players will progress towards completing the quest throughout the season as they participate in the 6v6 matches of the event. Accept Lord Saladin's quest in the tower for a week of Iron Banner. Successful completion of the “Harness the Elements” quest step will award Guardians the only ritual weapon of the season, the Legendary Stag's Point Battlebow, pictured here:

1. Super Smelting - Quest Stage

To complete this quest step, you must complete the following in Iron Banner matches during Season 10:
