Destiny 2 Update 2.13 Patch Notes

Update 2.13 has arrived for Destiny 2, and here is the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. This update is currently rolling out to all platforms and weighs in at 291MB on PlayStation5, 820MB on Xbox, and 180MB on PC. This patch contains minor fixes for Battlegrounds, Presage, and other miscellaneous activities throughout the game. Additionally, while Season of the Chosen is currently underway, The Witch Queen expansion was recently delayed to 2022. Here's everything new with Destiny 2.13 update 2.

Activities

• Battlefield
  • Fixed an issue where beneficial modifiers were not working in Battlegrounds activities.
  • Fixed an issue where some Colossus fighters would get lost on the battlefield.
  • Fixed an issue where some fighter names were mistranslated in Korean.
• Presage
  • Fixed an issue where players would respawn in unfavorable areas leading to many deaths.
  • Fixed an issue where players could start their first Presage activity without the associated quest.
    • When players attempt to run the mission without the quest, there will be no error text explaining why. We plan to fix this issue in a future update.
    • Additionally, players can still start their first Master activity without the Catalyst quest. We plan to fix this issue in a future update.

Gameplay and investment

  • Penumbral Blast blast damage increased to 80 base damage, reverting previous changes.
• Armor
  • Fixed an issue where players who did not own the Mindvault ornament would see it in the Insurmountable Skullfort's ornament bucket, citing "Requires modding item" error ribbons.

  • Fixed an issue where the No Time to Explain ornament could not be selected or equipped on other platforms.
• Bounties and Lawsuits
  • Cosmodrome Battlegrounds activity renamed to “Battlegrounds: Foothold”
  • Updated the name of the weekly War Table Challenge to “Honor and Glory”
  • Fixed an issue where Presage was not granting Pinnacle rewards.
  • Fixed an issue where players could not reset their Valor Rank when reaching Rank 4.
  • Fixed an issue where “The Good Company” Golden Triumph would sometimes not progress when a Guardian was dead.
  • Fixed an issue where Ticuu's Divination Catalyst quest would not progress with the weapon exploding.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented Chosen Destruction and Chosen Strength Focused Umbral Engram objectives from unlocking correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where “Lightbringer's Triumph was not complete for players after finding all weekly feathers for the “Bird of Prey” quest.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Birds of a Feather” Triumph would not end correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where Chosen Director's season dialogue used incorrect artwork
