Players who have pre-ordered a digital version of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on consoles or PC can take advantage of a week's early access to the game's campaign. Find all the information you need to know about this access which gives you the right to play before the official release set for October 28, 2022. This is the first time that Activision has allowed players to enjoy the single-player campaign even before the full game is released.

When to download Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 campaign and what time can we start playing it:
To be able to play the Modern Warfare 2 campaign in advance, you must have pre-ordered a digital edition of the game on the platform of your choice through the official channels. It does not work if you pre-ordered the game in disc version, that is to say!
→ If you meet this condition, turn on your console or connect to your PC from this Wednesday, October 19, 2022 since you will be able to download the campaign (preload) in its entirety from 19 p.m. Not only will you be able to preload the campaign, but you'll also be able to download the Multiplayer Packs and Co-op Special Ops starting tonight.
You can then start playing and experience the entire campaign on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at the same time. You therefore have the option of downloading the campaign 24 hours in advance. You then have 8 days ahead of the others to complete the campaign and prepare for the arrival of online multiplayer and co-op special operations since the official launch of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is scheduled for October 28, 2022.
