By exploring chapter 9 "tales and revelations" of the game A Plague Tale Requiem, you will have the possibility of discovering a secret which will allow you to access a smuggler's hiding place. The opportunity for Amicia to obtain a piece of secret armor! We explain in this guide how to achieve this.
During this chapter 9, you will come across a series of windmills. You will first have to stop the first two mills in operation. Enter the first building through the door and engage the brake to stop the wings of the mill. For the second mill, you will have to pull a rope at the back of the building to drop wooden boxes which will allow you to make an entrance appear. The main door being closed!
Leave the third mill running and make sure to start the fourth one which is off. For the fourth, you will have to pass under a wooden cart and then have to climb a ladder to access a window through which you will have to blow the padlock off the door with your slingshot.
In Plague Tale Requiem, access the smuggler's cache and obtain Amicia's secret armor:
Then go in the opposite direction of the mills towards the small stone arches. At the last arch, turn right to see a ladder that leads to a cave below ground. It is a smuggler's cache that is normally closed where you can normally see drawings of mills.
If you have activated and deactivated the mills in order as we have told you, then you will be able to explore this smuggler's cache. Inside you will find two chests, one containing a number of useful resources and another containing a secret armor for Amicia, at least a bracer that Amicia can equip, which will now allow her to recover faster from attacks enemies.
